Hi , mail very heavy last Thursday, informed manager early 8amish of possibility of not completing.
Again on 2 more occasions, witnessed by colleague .
Target time to leave office was 9.15, Ips not finished until 9.10am.
Tied up and spoke to manager at 9.45am again ,reply was to phone at 1pm to let him know situation, Duly done so and brought a loop back .
Called into office on Monday for initial discussion as to why I didn't complete delivery .No doubt conduct forthcoming but as far as I am concerned I followed procedure ,Any thoughts , cheers

Re: Potential conduct
They haven’t got a leg to stand on. You followed the procedure to the letter and have witnesses, and the phone call logged on your phone with time/date.

Re: Potential conduct
People bringing stuff back daily all around the UK
Lots of walks not even going out
Just wondering how many people in the UK, do not get any mail on any given day ?
Any estimates Ladies and Gentleman ??
personal guess five figures but precisely ?? it would be so nice to know
All you can do is your best and most of that do that day in day out, But fatigue/illness and injury taking its toll now

Re: Potential conduct
We have just had a mini revision!!…that lasted 3 days till we went back to the old ways!!..still spending 1hour plus to throw all the D2D off on a Monday, think that will be the next thing to go back to how it was!!..13 walks still in the frame, post not going out on other walks just tracked and parcels!!…I honestly don’t know how we’re gonna cope come the “festive season”!!…managers got a game plan!!..
hopefully praying people are gonna come in early and stay out later to get it done!!…best of luck with that!!…bad enough coming in from your Rest Week and finding ALL the Mail still in the frame!!..#seehowyougeton #itiswhatitis #doyourbest that’s the excuses Managment use no apology just get on with it!!…don’t think it’s being reported down the line!..more interested in getting there bonus for productivity, staffing levels and not spending ALL there budget!!..

Re: Potential conduct
Its just one the standard B&H tactics.
I'm not sure that either RM or any other shitshow McCompany can afford to lose any workers right now so pissing off the staff seems to be a bit of a cognitive dissonant plan.
PDA Actuals.
