Scheduled attendance holiday pay

Post by combo_king »

Will scheduled attendance money ever be due? I have 1 3 hour signed for schedule… but regularly pick up extra ones… usually 12-15 hours a week every week including my 3 hours which I know won’t get as already get on holiday…. To say I’m flabbergasted as to what I’ve been paid in back money is an understatement…. Worked my arse off and getting poket change…. Have not got a penny for 2 of the 6 months blocks… whilst others in the thousands…. Complete and utter s**t show

SA already attracts holiday pay - you would receive an average of the actual hours worked whilst on annual leave - that's up to whoever does your over time payments to calculate and put through the system when you are off.

It is capped though so don't expect your average to exceed the cap (I think it's 12 hrs, but don't quote me). If that isn't happening, you'll need to raise a grievance.

Sch Att is limited to 12hr / week. No-one should be going over this but it happens.

Even if we do more than one SA we only get paid for one SA when on holiday. I rarely do more than one so i aint going to rock the boat with this one in my office. I always get paid one SA whilst on holiday, same as the guys that do 2 or 3 SA. Thats for them to chase up as i've told them about it.
