Resign

Post by Ciderboy1957 »

Resign in office imminent, private boxes as well but management are insisting that boxes duties are done at a later date and on a skill basis and interview , few men with long service looking at them etc , is this correct or are they chancing it, thanx for imput

No such thing as a PHG anymore now everyone is an OPG, callers office no longer seen as a specialist job. Job is done on seniority

No PHG yes but callers are a specialist duty and can be ringfenced if needed. I'm near enough sure of it.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
