HI Any advise would be appreciated I'm currently in the process of going for IHR I've had my telephone appointment with OH and the report has been issued saying not fit for work in royal mail my manger has sent out a redeployment requests to see if there's any indoor seated work to which he said there isn't and would be putting me forward for IHR and id need to sign some paper work once its sorted but out of the blue today I've had a txt for another OH telephone appointment next Thursday 29/7 does any one know is this normal procedure ?
