SWW

Post by ace13 »

Can anyone advise whether SWW can be introduced before table top revision being done. I was under the impression that’s why the offices were having revisions to incorporate the SWW. FRom out of nowhere an 1 hour been taking off with the same workload. Thanks

If your efficiency (measured by your weighted items coefficient) is high enough then there would be no need to do anything this year.
You would be better off asking one of your reps what is happening in your office.
I'm just guessing.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I hope your not complaining about this , you will be working an hour less a week , the workload is royal Mail’s problem not yours .

Now on 37 hrs the overtime rate of pay is less than contracted rate of pay. Surely this shouldn't be right?
