Meet Maria da Cunha ( The non-executive director designated for engaging with employees at Royal Mail) ( All acronyms welcome) in a safe and confidential group setting and to speak openly and honestly about what's on your mind.
Which helps the board to become more aware of the business reality.
We’re planning our next Employee Voice Forum for July.
The Employee Voice Forum, launched in February 2019, is a way for colleagues to bring any issues they might have to the table.
And for the Board to find out and investigate problems that need fixing within the business.
It’s a chance to improve, discuss and really help to shape the future direction of Royal Mail.
Maria da Cunha, the non-executive director designated for engaging with employees at Royal Mail, explaining what the Employee Voice Forum does, and why it is so important.
Maria says: ‘The forum is a way for you, as colleagues from across all parts of the organisation, to meet with me in a safe and confidential group setting and to speak openly and honestly about what’s on your mind.
‘As the employee Board representative, it’s really important for me to understand your thoughts on decisions affecting you, and the forum is a great way to gain your insight.
‘It helps the Board to become more aware of the business reality.’
