As you are all well aware conference is in The General Secretarys home town this year in Liverpool- well heard it this from a somebody at H.Q. that Big Bill will be wanting a standing ovation from all who attend, he has already sent a memo to the President telling her no surpise on his big day, but make sure there is annoucement that he has been the leader of his Union(his words members) going on 7years now? His starting line will be, members we have brough this great Union forward into the 20th centre, bullshit bullshit etc.

Then he will be waiting for the clapping and joyful cheers from those who have attended- Instruct your Branch to stay in there seats with arms folded, whistles will be suppy before entry limited numbers to those who asked for them?

There will be a motion put forward from the rostrom to the body of the hall by the *********** Branch and this will call for a VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE in The General Secretary! Instruct you Branch to Vote Yes? time to go.

The worrying thing is he actually thinks he got us the best offer he could last year.

I shall approach by Rep and see what the Branch are going to do - we are a sub branch (over 300 members but still a sub branch

I am will aware you monitor this site everyday I have watch you log on from your Blackberry that you carry around

so when you read this posting- I will give you this commitment that Annual Conference will be remember by all who

attend for years to come? The rank+file will be the winners for to long you have got your own way as a Dictator !

Your days our number you have been an embrass"ment for to long to the rank+file of this union !!!!!
