Re: Are Agency Allowed to complete the Survey
No access to a Team Code so I haven't been able to complete the Big Trust survey. Not even allowed onto Workplace either to participate in feedback or even just keep up to date with new things happening.
Royal Mail OPG at an MC since 2022.

Team Code is provided by the manager of the work area (at least, in MC's. Not sure about DO's).

Re: Are Agency Allowed to complete the Survey
Our office keeps banging on about doing the survey ( in your own time of course ) , every morning a new Survey.Flyer is on our delivery frames . Surely this constitutes HARRASSMENT

Re: Are Agency Allowed to complete the Survey
interesting as all the cwu live feeds seem to be pushing this as well as managers in huddles and flyers as well , its a fair point it could be bullying or harrassment as you can ask someone to do something once then it gets a bit to much and a bit pushy.TheTrolleyMan wrote: ↑24 Apr 2021, 18:44Our office keeps banging on about doing the survey ( in your own time of course ) , every morning a new Survey.Flyer is on our delivery frames . We've been made aware of this survey and it's now our choice if we want to participate or not but management constantly pushing this survey in my opinion is a form of HARRASSMENT and this is from a company whom supports mental health awareness

Re: Are Agency Allowed to complete the Survey
Several in our Rdc have been approached by managers to ask if we are completing the Big Trust Survey.
In the EOS 2017. 43% say we trust each other. 83% of Royal Mail Group Colleagues completed this year's survey (circa 117,000)
In 2020 their was a lower participation rate in the online EOS, but thousands still took part.
"The culture score went up by four points, to 57%, reflecting that more of you value the culture you're working in"
The first trust survey in February 2021. 22,224 colleagues gave their views.
It will be interesting to see the percentages of the current survey, given the CWU's support.

Re: Are Agency Allowed to complete the Survey
Terry Pullinger has answered my question in the live facebook Q&A session today by saying quote "I don't remember us talking about are agency members filling it in .. this is more about Royal Mail Group employees, I have been told, don't know how true it is, that some agency workers have just been scanning the code.... they have been participating, some of the agency workers, but I don't remember us specifically saying the angard members would get it, this isn't like a CWU survey it is a joint Royal Mail Group/cwu survey for RMG employees"
