I would strike again, if it was necessary and if it was voted for.I still remember what little was on offer last year, a pay freeze and all those strings .Well, Industrial Action got some results ,although I still think another 2 or 3 days might have made the difference a lot greater.I was very proud to be on the picket line with my colleagues and I would do it again

100% YES!! And it will happen soon when all the "flexibilty" schemes become nationwide. But, as has benn mentioned before, there is very little trust in the CWU leadership. We all lost money and were resolute in our stance but it becomes apparently obvious that we were sold out. All the changes to working practices, pensions etc, that we stood on the picket line for are all being implemented anyway.

I wonder how Hayes, Ward and all the local "full-time" reps would react if they were suddenly made to do a walk for a month?? The job has changed so much since they last posted a letter but they are totally willing to implement deals that we, the members, have to endure.

Can somebody please remind me why we went on strike??? Did it achieve anything at all???

Yes, I will strike again but this time I want CWU backing!!! Come the elections!!!

Yes I would strike again, but I think that the government should stop the pay of both Royal Mail bosses and the CWU bosses until a resolution has been reached.

I wonder how long it would take to solve any other disputes. :hmmmm

YES YES YES - :lfo :cfo - im sure that it wont stop the ongoing plan to make the post office fold and then blame us the loyal workers that keep it moving and know more about what can keep the business in market leading posistion than the twats at the top cutting things so much the service and staff suffer ! but i will fight it with my head up high knowing that for all the people like myself willing to keep fighting for what all the old people over the years stuck there neck out so we had some sort of decent job to do !! YES i think the UNION is shite now and should no way have added flexibility in as what it could mean is we are used for anything ! not very clear is it ! any way i dont want to get started off as im FED up with the whole sh..e at the mo but strike is only way to say :cfo :lfo LEAVE THE COMPANY ALONE , US ALONE (TO DO A DECENT JOB LIKE WE HAVE DONE FOR YEARS !) AND ABOVE ALL AND THIS IS THE MAIN ONE FOR ALL THOSE ALREADY IN THE PENSION DONT TOUCH IT ! LEAVE OUR SCHEME ALONE YOU ROTTON B.....DS ! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS STOP IT FOR NEW ENTRANTS - IM SURE ALL YOU AT THE TOP WILL BE ALRIGHT . OUT FIGHT ON ALL AND STAY STRONG IT WILL ONLY GET WORSE BUT WE TRIED !!! :nana
