Am I supposed to be happy with losing??? I never have before and will never be in the future, just because some people can't see past a few pounds up front doesn't mean I have to like it (only accept it :mad )

As I say, I voted for what was right for me, but I'm big enough to accept that the majority did not agree with me. In any event, thats the way it is and we have to get on with it.

We just got to get on with it now.

FOR MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU THAN YOUR MORAL'S AND IT IS YOUR MORAL'S THAT ARE SCREWED.

I feel that the Union HQ have pushed this union to the brink of destroying itself...

Not a good move when RM are doing this as well... Maybe im much to much of a staunch person who sticks to his guns to see the light at the end of the tunnel???? Or im just TO MILITANT??? But one thing..... The people who voted with the 77% THEN VOTED YES in this ballot have cut this union in two....

Im not going to be personal as its each and everyone of us choice that voted and right... But i just have to live to my beliefs....

I cant stand by and see this great service crumble and our jobs be attacked from all sides with people that work shoulder to shoulder with you for years then help the attackers bring about the downfall of this union and job and service for the public.... I HOPE ALL YOU YES VOTERS COME ON ERE IN A YEARS TIME AND TELL EVERYONE HOW YOU FEEL AND WHAT YOU WOULD VOTE IF YOU REALLY KNEW THE WAY IT TURNS OUT....

Trouble is, Many wont be here to listen because the fight and balls would have been taken away from us...

THANKS...

OUT :cfo :lfo

We'll see. I think the attitude of the screws will be quite telling. But you probably know about that already.

Have to admit once again this seems like rather a high number not voting.Already came across some individual's who say they never recieved a ballot paper.Bearing in mind it's CWU HQ who supply the information to the scrutineers.Maybe it's about time someone had a close look at just how accurate and up to date HQ's membership data actually is.

:hmmmm :whistle

well thats it -VERY VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED ! this deal is no way better than the first and the "flexibillity" will give more push to an already overworked job , not only that it will save excess, job recruitment and cause much more stress and pressure that you could except if you were being paid £50k a year !! the job over the past 5yrs has become a mini marathon day in day out and the whole company is just cutting back to save cash , what happened to investing in the company to bring it forward ?? - ill tell you theres no need now as the idiots running round covering two rounds can save the need for it e.t.c. try running round your rounds when you get older - good luck to all the people that voted yes , you cannot see this is the start of the end ! as for the union - when the heat was on and the rm were sweating what do they do ?- call off the strike clear backlog and then do it again ?? mmmmm something has not been right here from the start ?
