If you get a pay cut do you have to back date it to April 1st and pay RM, a lump sum.

We have all had a pay cut with NI going up. so 0.37% pay rise is just sad. and I wonder how good it would look in the papers. I will stay as long as I can stand the Lapsing and moaning from workers who run around to get home. Cutting hours as a pay rise is really bad idea. unless lapsing got rid off and job and finish comes back.

Yep - exactly same for me - add to this the £4 per week I'm worse off this financial year due to an increase in NI, then the real loss is closer to a 2% pay cut.

Tell you what - how about we split the difference and call it 0.7% inflation ? If we get any less than that we are taking a pay cut in real terms. If its "self financing" we are also taking a pay cut.

Just waiting to receive Moya's letter telling us IF we vote for Brexit we'll be worse off and our wages will suffer!

After all we are a BIG Business, and BIG Business loves Europe, apparently! Although Europe is restricting the ammount of hours we can legally work.....so that must get up her nose?

Financial year end results out this week. More profit for shareholders they should dirt us out at at least 1% above inflation.
