john redwood (tory shadow minister) just said that the top management of royal mail should be looked at to see if they are up to the job as they have had a bit of a bumpy ride over the years

Yes, I've just watched that news article, and it's very reassuring to know that there are more intelligent people out there with the right connections who are able to relay to a (maybe?) largely uninformed public that this dispute has been largely due to the attitude of top management.

Having said that, there will still be those who will not want this kind of admission to spread.
