ACAS will contact you - the idea is to act as a go between RM and you and ideally stop a Tribunal going on - i.e. RM settle out of court

Claim what you are entitled to from the Social - other women like you get money so there is no reason why you shouldn't as you've paid tax and National Insurance .

would i not be better getting jsa called union head office an they are gonna see whats going on an why is it taking so long

recived notice from it to say that it has been accepted and a copy has been sent to rm to say they have 28 days to respond so what do i have to do now do i just wait will they offer me a settlement or carry on with the case

The reality of it is you haveto find yourself another job. Prepare to move on. Think about something else. Plan another source of income.
If you win you win but in the meantime plan for the worst.
It may not be what you want to hear but it's what you need to do.

yes jimmy im not counting on the job anymore they are just a shower of s---- an things can only get better hopefully but i will take them all the way with my tribunal i hopefully should win that as you cant sack one an not the other for the same thing in the same office

And that is why you should always put an IT/ET claim in. Have you had RM respond to your ET?

my appeal was heard in early november 2009 and i still havnt heard my outcome!!!
tribunal locked and ready to go,just in case!!!
