If you worry about other people’s bonuses you will go mad. If you want to earn what a manager earns, go and be one. Causing conflict between us is ridiculous. If you want to be angry at anyone, look to the upper management, not the managers in your office who are in the same position we are.

I' normally would never knock anyone who does overtime. I've done my fair share over the years. But what leaves me bewildered is postman, no mortage and collecting their pensions doing crazy hours. That's when you think.... f@@@@@@@@ sadaiden01 wrote: ↑22 Oct 2023, 10:20Maybe the no life greedy lot might just need the money to pay their bills.never seen a site with so many millionaires on it ffs.Strong bull wrote: ↑22 Oct 2023, 08:17While the no life, greedy lot continue to work 60 /70 hours a week on less per hour than standard rate the overtime rate will never change. Why would R/M change it? They must be loving it.

Lou/Aiden do enjoy spreading their poisonous bile to all and sundry, dishing out insults meanwhile crying foul if anyone dares to criticise.
So while people have genuine concerns on this latest bull from RM, they continue to spin the company line like we should all be grateful for the opportunities this company give us........ Oh do Feck Off.
The idea that we are offered a one off payment in return for a bonus payment, whilst sounding promising, we all know it will be mostly impossible to attain. Meanwhile people will run about like idiots trying to achieve what can't be achieved and RM will get it delivered at no extra cost.
The union should be ignoring it to, having already had their fingers burned by this bunch of gangsters.

I’ve not insulted anyone scotchy. You really do need to get over yourself. Following me around and dragging threads off topic is getting tiresome for everyone else. It is very selfish really. Enjoy the rest of your weekend

I was just interested because if they are being offered money too they could increase the pressure even more down the line to an already stressed out staff.LouBarlow wrote: ↑22 Oct 2023, 13:41If you worry about other people’s bonuses you will go mad. Another one of my sycophants following me around. Interesting that it is always the same people. CRIBMAD was unhinged and obviously had problems. I hope he found help and is OK.thefox wrote: ↑23 Oct 2023, 15:48You were practically saying that cribmad guy was an alcoholic whats the forum rules about that kind of behaviour![]()
I’m just going to start reporting these posts now, as it isn’t fair on other users here that that same problem posters drag threads off topic with this personal nonsense.
You aren’t going to hound me off these forums. Get over yourself.

Everyone and i mean everyone is entitled to their opinion.
But everyone and i mean everyone is entitled to criticise that opinion.
If you put it out their and expect nobody to question it or criticise it perhaps you shouldn't put it out there in the first place.
I would like to think we are all thick-skinned enough to cope with it and not resort to "i am telling on you" but really i don't care.
If some self righteous person thinks people are stalking/harassing them, when in reality they are just being critical, they need to grow up.
We are all big boys/girls/thems? and should be able to take criticism on the chin.
And remember if you type it, own it, and be prepared for the onslaught.
