So as expected EA is still going on in our office after that joint statement, hours coming out that haven't as yet and other stuff.
Disgraceful.

Re: Update 1730 today
Let's be honest if the pay side of the deal doesn't include it being back dated to April 22 then the majority won't vote it through. I for one won't! We have lost enough money already without losing the back pay element.

Re: Update 1730 today
Any pay deal = The duties stay as they are, agreed by the CWU. Never reach 100% completion anymore, just a few weeks after we cleared mostly every day. The management, regulator, and the union don't give a damn - for all their talk and crisp munching. Does anyone care about the uso really ? Knackered.Despondent.Demoralised.

I think RM know that nobody cares if they get their snail mail a day late.I cut off every day and rotate what letters i leave.Prioritizing all parcels (of course) as instructed by my rogue COM
Im sure RM prefer not having to pay me any extra, unlike the "consciensious"other posties who they fork out to complete.

Re: Update 1730 today
Well you don't speak for me, I've strike to basically secure my terms and conditions and getting a pay deal worth a damn, not to sit on my ass at home and making a field trip out of it. Some people cannot afford to be going on strikes for a long stretch of a time and will eventually decide to go in. But hey, you'll have all the free time in the world to sit on your ass at home once the company goes bust and out of a job though right? Something has to give on both sides now on the face. Much as I despite this place now, company in no way is going to survive another year of strikes.
