I am as against what the current CEO and Co. are up to just as much as you, I have good mates still in, and genuinely feel for the cr@p they are having to deal with every working day.
What I simply said was, that when Thompson has gone - either by falling or being pushed - any new CEO will come in and it will be much of the same again as they try to make a name for themselves.

That's nothing new,it's privatisation and capitalism basically it's the west,the point is to fight back,to fight back signals that were not just gonna roll over, CEOs come and go and chip away at t&cs the point is to slow it down.

Was it ever in place ( maybe some places) but not overall.
