Treat it in the same way as you would a dog incident, if you believe you are going to be in danger take it back to the office. Our DOM has told us if we do deliver and it gets confrontational hand it over and report to the office.

What about personal deliveries to firms , especially at Christmas ? Normally the secretary would sign for everything. Now she'd have to search all over the office for staff. Mr Jones is in a meeting , he'll be 5 minutes. Miss Johnson has just gone to lunch . Mr Smith is having a poo , he's normally ages.

Yep that’s fine if things do get a bit confrontational but not much help if someone’s been twatted or grabbed round the neck and thrown to the ground!

Ha.....same with us. Coming up for six months at the DO and never had a WTL.
