Re: P739s wrote out in offices
Even if somebody wants to put D2Ds in separately often theirs pressure from their P&L partner not to because everybody knows how awkward it is handling loose D2Ds.
Like another poster said, if RM gives the explicit instruction office wide, then people would do it as per spec.

RM have given explicit instruction to do this, just line managers are choosing not to enforce it

they have also given explicit instructions not to bully and harass staff, and they choose to ignore that as well.zx135 wrote:norm wrote:Even if somebody wants to put D2Ds in separately often theirs pressure from their P&L partner not to because everybody knows how awkward it is handling loose D2Ds.

You get paid for delivering D2DS. It is part of the overall work you do that you get paid £10+ per hour to do.Lord Hereford wrote:The difference is, we actually get paid for the election stuff! As a result I'm a lot more tolerant of the extra hassle in doing them "properly".Himaggen wrote:@daveyeff
Why would a political party trying to sell its campaign, be treated any differently to a pizza company trying to sell its cheap Wednesdays?
Both customers are paying to have the best chance of their wares being advertised. They spend one hell of a lot of money designing these things for best impact and would certainly not agree for you to be effectively negating that financial outlay.

Me personally I prefer the doorstep challenge ...gives me a breather when I'm writing it...
That's just my preference though
