news flash.. strike outlawed by judge????

Post by thekiddykid »

Tommymac (Burslem) makes a load of sense with his latest post. Line managers from our office have been sent up to the Potteries regularly over the past 6 months to cover walks and they HATE going there.. Why?? Because they are so militant, allegedly. (they are scared of your Port Vale flag as well!!!) If someone who has previous experience of unofficial walkouts makes a call like this, LISTEN TO HIM AND FOLLOW THE OFFICIAL LINE... They know better than most!!

Official or unofficial, we still don't get paid.

The Union has ufcked up somewhere.

RM wants rid of the Union.

There is still nothing to stop 100,000 walking out and telling RM to stuff thier injunction of their collective ars*holes.

To be honest, royal Mail can f**k themselves rigid. Crozier and leighton and other "top brass" can go and enjoy their circle-jerk. Billy hayes and dave ward can join the c*nts too.
Easy brother i share your frustration
The courts will freeze all of the CWUs funds and we then will be f****d
This s**t they have thrown at us all commited to the cause can be stopped but we have to be smart
I am only echoeing things previously stated in this forum if we stick to a legal plan and dont deviate we will WIN
Ok do the job the way it should be done
No wild cat unofficial strikes i can understand the feeling of the Troops hearts of f***ing Lions and ready to fight to the end but what will the final outcome be we WIN as long as we together do it right and legally Lord justice f**k face has already proved they will f**k us if we step out of line thats ok your worship
But they have just upped the Ante
We have a system backlogged up to the hilt with mail lets use it to our advantage
Slow down bring it back do it properley no cars on del indoor troops and all other sections you now no the score spread the word f**k the system legally and let the CWUs solicitors fight the legal side of the battle and i will say again NO WILD CAT STRIKES they will freeze our funds and then we have lost
Return to work agreements whats that i hear you say well ive seen this before when illegal industrial action has been taken this is where they do shaft you big time and the law is on there side again

I agree, do you really think that the delay in when we go out will help them clear the backlog? Will it hell! Just keep doing the job the way you have been these past few weeks and they will still be reeling.

When they start going to court over technicalities rather than try to sort things out, you know you have them f****d.

Tommymac is right, if its unoficial its always best to do it as an area, because as weve found out at Burslem when weve done it on our own, RM will try to bully and intimidate that office, and as Tommymac knows ide love to walk out unoficialy right now, because of a***hole bosses and part-time/casuals thinking of themselves and doing every bit of overtime the greedy b***ards can get their hands on, i could have sparked a couple of them out today i was that annoyed with them, but i wouldnt want to jepardise the 12 suspended, but as a postman i feel really proud of the brothers and sisters up and down the country taking unoficial action against RM tactics, and standing up to :cfo and :lfo .
WELL DONE :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

f**k the courts, a Judge said this week Al Gores film was inaccurate and biased. So he's gets the Nobel Peace Prize, later in the week for it. It's just one man's view of the law. CWU get a second opinion. Appeal.

P.S. Whatever the deal on Monday is it's a no. Until they give us our 5am starts back.

Why rush, surely you must realise the consequences of unofficial I.A.? We've lost money so please don't let that loss be in vain.

I'm as skeptical as the next postie about the deal, but if we've been sold a kipper and our EC try and con us, we WILL resist and take the necessary steps if we don't get our way. Monday should be a very interesting day eh?

Even if we lose a battle or two, we've still got a war to win. (as he puts his soapbox away)
