Bumping this post.

Does anybody know what's going on with the unpaid sick pay from December?

Both me & my Partner had sick pay deducted (This was a whole week following a strike day as well)

My partner got an early conciliation letter from Royal Mail, this was 16 weeks ago & nothing since.

I had an email from acas asking for some more information but heard nothing at all.

I ready or heard about a tribunal date set for February but cant find where I heard about it

Thanks

70 odd percent voted for it, the changes will come thick and fast now what did we really expect,it amazes me still how people are surprised.

What has the agreement got to do with unpaid sick from last year?

I'm waiting for someone to blame it for losing bikes or d2d payments :chuckle

Yeah I didn’t vote for it and this was before any agreement anyway, just after some information.
