Northern Ireland apart there is a valid point being made. There does seem to be a sort of closed circuit to nominations, elections, branch meetings et al that the ordinary rank and file don't get to partake in either through apathy or ignorance. As a communications organisation there seems to be little evidence of that. This forum probably disseminates more information than any branch or HQ.
