Everyone should start using a trolley, taking your breaks, and going by the book, bringing loads packets back if no reply, also asking to be timed on deliveries if you get any grief. Why people run around all week like performing dogs for the DOM so they can try to get home an hour early on a Saturday is beyond me. -Reward DOM does 5 or 6 savings on a Saturday as a "reward" and off the runners go again.
Personally I think we should start with "no overtime" every Wednesday throughout the Country, then if they don't get the message over a period of time do it throughout December. That way no one is one the breadline and chaos will reign for management.

Royal Mail's Pay Offer
As was mentioned in an earlier post, let's see how RM present the full year financial results out next Thursday ! See :-
http://www.royalmailgroup.com/investor- ... t-calendar" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Despite the 'sermon' that RM is really suffering from intense competition, I fully expect the dividend declaration to be no lower than last year. This would be tantamount to an admission it is not all doom and gloom and that the senior executives will get their well deserved bonuses !

Royal Mail's Pay Offer
It doesn't matter how the results are presented in that it won't change the pay offer or the dividend pay out to share holders.
The two aren't related in any way, except on RMC!
Only in the naïve world of Jeremy Corbyn is it possible to believe that good financial results means a good pay rise is deserved or can be afforded.
The harsh world of business thinks differently.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
