I left out "Objectives achieved" because its only applicable to the 3rd lump sum in the list. The other 2 are based on implementation only.
We have had our Lump Sums but have yet to have our non walk sequencing in completely. Mind you thats more to ergonomic reasons such as trying to get nearly 100 vans into parking area for 20, and on street for a maximum of 5 (in a town centre location ) to say nothing about only 1 lift on 3 story building (with the delivery duties on the top 2) that can hold a maximum of 2 teams of P&Loops and their kit, or a 3/4 mile walk to the spill overflow car park.
Even PWC were amazed.

My boss told me a few weeks ago that they were being balloted, but he said it was due to being offered a final 'derisory' offer of 2%. I thought something similar to you. But with, 'now you know how we've felt for the last 7 or 8 years'.
Can't see any sympathy for them. Though it may be of benefit for the 2 unions to cooperate to protect us all. Don't know if that would be allowed/legal, but can't see it happening anyway.

Well yours is just one office out of over 800 so what would be their excuse? If they are saying if there are problems we won't go ahead then I'm pretty sure there would be a lot less offices with the lump sums already paid still in never never land.
