the company who wants a reference from r.m will ask r.m for one. r.m will send you 2 letters 1of which you send to whoever wants the ref. 1 states what time you done with no reason why you left, the other what time you done with reason why you left. up to you what you send but best to be honest over why and how you left r.m .. you aint the 1st to get the sack mate on here and wish you well in getting another job
