I wonder what long term damage "volunteers" are doing to their knees,backs and ankles making sure the "system" works considering any studies that might or might not be carried out will concentrate on a span of around 4hrs not the "flexed up" variety which can be closer to 6.

Probably the same damage that people will suffer by not using trolleys to ensure the "system" works.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
