When does this regional management change go live? I keep hearing managers are moving or are leaving. I just wish they would get on with it so we know who we are dealing with. Just checked the Myroyalmail.com and still the same re regions

What's a DSM ?
A DSM is a Delivery Sector Manager.
A lead DSM is a now defunct position where a highly paid manager passed messages from his/her Regional Director down to his/her DSM's.
Kind of like an email distribution hub....but much,much more expensive.
