Heard on the grape vine that senior managers are going to Abingdon next week to try and sort out the mess they have made. I for one would not like to be an OPG at Abingdon or even the DOM. We may get kicked by the DOM's but the powers above are also making their life hell as well.
Well done to you sticking to your principles if you get hours put back in shout it from the roof tops and some one ought to let our new boss know what a nasty set of senior managers she has inherited.
I for one would like to work together for the benefit of the service (not a business!) but that can only happen if the top can pass down some genuine cooperation guidance and change the Bully Boy culture that is rife in Royal Mail.

so another R/M idea bites the dust. on a serious note--have any plans been made for revising the revision, when it's finally becoming clear this idea won't work?

I really don't understand the logic of this van sharing melarky,but what i have noticed over the years is that managers seem to think that two posties going out in one van to do one duty,should do it in half the time,nice theory but it just doesn't work like that. The whole thing's just a complete farce!
