Can anyone tell me what is actually going to happen to these rogue managers?

Our office unofficially trialled the new USO pilot for 2-3 weeks before the union stepped in and shut it down

I mean I get threatened with being conducted for my turning score on the driver app, our manager was blatantly and purposely causing wilful delay of mail (which I would get sacked for) and yet he’s still here

Nothing, 'cause they're not rogue.

He's doing what senior management tell him to be doing. You'd get sacked, because one more sacked worker is one less V/CR for them to pay.
