Top brass are convinced that there are spare hours in our office because their data says so

They’d rather believe their faulty data than the physical evidence

Even our managers are saying we can’t take anymore walks out but they’re trying to push it through anyway

At what point are they going to reevaluate and realise their data doesn’t add up?
They know full well the data doesnt add up, they just want hours slashed regardless
It seems that way but it doesn’t make any business sense

It’s not just letters that will fail but all non tracked parcels and many eBay sellers send by the cheapest option

A few bad reviews by eBay customers about not receiving their packages on time and that’s potentially more customers lost

It seems like they want this company to go bankrupt

I think we prefer to think RM are playing some devious game to get their own way but I’m starting to think they’re just plain stupid
What is 'on time' if its not sent tracked or with any guarantee?
If you order anything on eBay you are given an expected delivery date

Even when posted second class it is supposed to arrive within a certain timeframe even if ofcom doesn’t seem that bothered about enforcing it

Has it been that long since you met your delivery deadlines that you’ve forgotten they existed??

Still no guarantees or grounds for compensation if not within 1-2 days.
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Who said anything about compensation???

This is England not America, we aren’t a natural race of complainers we talk with our feet

If the service is crap and you can get it cheaper and better elsewhere what do you think people are likely to do?

If you’ve ever read a seller’s star rating reviews most of them mention prompt or late delivery, it’s the difference between a 5 star and a 3 star review
