Unite Agreement includes 7 day working for all

I don't mind Sunday working as long as it's no more than 1 in 5 or 6, paid at an enhanced rate, and the agreement is LEGALLY BINDING.

The biggest red line for us should be the abolition of finish times. We cannot accept that, ever.

Totally agree - biggest red line and biggest and most probable cause for abuse of terms and bullying by managers - if the union accepts this i'm no longer a member
