I was told that you should not accept any returned mail from members of the public. Not sure why but as I am now settled into my round and I just post it back into they system and kill it off next day.

In that instance i'd probably just write RTS on the envelope myself and put it in a PB. No one's going to know it's you :nervous

If i get mail back being told they are not their no more, Imake sure they endorse it or i do it for them
