Makes a Lab majority at the next General election at 6/1 with William Hill look pretty tempting as well IMHO.
You're not really making much sense jet, Trump's victory shows that the voters are moving further away from liberal views, the man is about as far away from socialist values as you could be. What his victory means if it has any relevance at all in the UK is that a 1970s style Labour party is even less likely to be elected. Wake up and smell the coffee jet before it's too late.
Liberal, neo liberal, neo con, metro elite, alt right, momentum, libertarian, new left, old left blah blah blah

Trump wants to invest in public infrastructure, end US global (military) spending/dominance and make friends with the Russians. You tell me what he is :shhhhh

All I know is that people want change - and they aint gonna get it with the usual suspects.

Still, that being said, it was nice to see that clumsy oaf Boris Johnson having the temerity to speak the truth about "our allies" the House of Saud - FOR ONCE.

I'm probably not making any sense FT, you're right - but don't try to tell me that you have any more idea about what is going on than I do - and don't try at this point to write off Corbyn as a dead loss no hoper - because recent history is making your conviction look a little bit hollow, and your certitude that of a flat earther.

Well ft isn't on his own, all the political pundits say the same. Now unless there's a situation like "the nominated survivor" like the US program then a no hoper is precisely what he is. Having said that as that program points out nothing changes despite the political catastrophe. :d'oh!

Stevie Wonder could see Corbyn is just another "usual suspect" too. Just as keen on the status quo as any old hard-line Tory.
So now even Corbyn supporters are resigned to thinking that the best they could hope for with ol' Jezza, is merely "change"?
So much for that Brave New World being predicted just a few months ago.

I noticed in his Christmas address he intended to eradicate homelessness in the first term of office, how blasé and emotive is that, especially knowing full well there's no chance of having any term in office particularly with only 140 MP's expected to survive the next election :cuppa Ask not for whom the bell tolls Jezza, it tolls for thee.

Corbyn is a c0ck socket he will never be PM .... Labour are finished ... they are at death's door in Scotland and things are getting worse for them in England ... they are a party totally divided they can't seem to agree on anything

jetblack save your sanity I've given up with these lot - you can't help people that believe the claptrap they are constantly fed by the MSM

They still trot out the 'he's unelectable' line despite ( to my knowledge at least) the fact that the man has never personally lost an election he has contested

I've never lost the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world, I've never lost the Tour de France either, there's a whole host of things I've never lost but don't stand a chance of winning...

More to the point Tony Blair has never personally lost an election and he's been involved in the big one....but he's still unelectable, probably more electable than Corbyn but unelectable just the same.

Guess what, he never will either.
Just another of those "what were we thinking?" minor footnotes, and leaving the dewy-eyed ones to ponder who the next available set of Saviour's shirt-tails may belong to.

I'm sorry Theresa has decided not to call an election before 2020 which would finally put the myth to rest that Jezza is the saviour of the labour party. They trot out superfluous statements like, "it's the largest political party in Europe", "he's never lost a leadership election" but facts that matter like he doesn't have the support of the PLP nor the support of the majority of labour voters which is important to winning an election is totally ignored.

It would seem from his speech today that he's looking to capture the anti-EU but pro-immigration vote and join it up with those who favour a 100% top rate of income tax. That should be a busy room.

More muddled, befuddled thinking from the man who...well just the man...who?

If Corbyn was being honest he would admit that he was never a fan of the EU, but he just had to mmm and ahhh a bit when some berks went and made him Labour Leader as Labour Party policy has always pro-EU.
Strange that at such a time of political change and upheaval all Jezza can do is to focus on Fat Cat pay though; must be more important and relevant things in the in-tray.

that is all good and well but he does not appeal to the English or the Scottish electorate for that matter we have the most right wing tory government in Westminster since thatcher and he is 15 points behind the tories ... Labour have roughly 10 - to 12,000 members in Scotland ... Corbyn is basically another Michael Foot unelectable in England because he is to left wing ... Blair was elected because he covered the centre ground ... my old man is a lifelong labour voter and he said he wouldn't vote for Labour under Corbyn because he was a communist
