Yep you are right, but that's still a !.335% pay cut and heading south . So I do apologise for my 1.2% mistake however if you work in delivery ,with the prospect of forced unpaid OT backed up by threat of conduct coding you will know that the 1hr reduction is meaningless.
As for the other guy been there ,seen that and got your pointless number
