The decision of 48 hours for deliveries on a Friday and Saturday than the strike had to start from after deliveries started on Thursday. In Mail centres collection drivers start from 11 as they do in collection Hubs so the aim was to capture these on a Thursday ( as they don’t work Saturdays ) and than the late shift in the Mail Centre.

Remember the law says we identify the start of the shift which is commencing strike action from ie anyone starting on or after 11 00 on a Thursday until any duty which commenced on or after 11:00 on the Saturday.

We have so many different start times it was never going to suit everyone.

This means - Early shifts and Deliveries strike Friday and Saturday.
Lates and Nights strike Thursday and Friday.

No we in deliveries will be striking Friday and Saturday. No going back if you shift starts during the strike times. Work normally if it starts before or after the strike timings.

If I was them sometime next week but they would by law need to give two weeks notice but talks could happen but they do not like talking just dictating and spending huge amounts on propaganda and have us all endure endless videos of seasoned artists of spin and it's not Shane Warne.

No you go into work on Thursday & complete your shift presuming you are on deliveries.
Then you strike on Friday & Saturday
