Why no one proposed the radical option of perhaps just employing the full amount of staff which would allow the 1 in 6s to continue I guess I will never know!
Must thank the union reps for the total screwing they gave us all and for allowing us to pay them £3 a week for the privilege!
He probably means they are now back onto a normal 1 in 6 rotating day off instead of 1 week off in 6 rotation
