I'm in deliveries not sure what's in the future or sure if it's the right decision but will defer to my union and vote yes .

Its your right to vote yes but you should make up your own mind. One thing is for certain:

Royal Mail have an agenda, The CWU have an agenda - vote yes or no whichever you think is right for you not anyone else.

I always make my own mind up and if there's one thing I know it's your never in full procession of all the facts so I think it's better to go with the union .If it turns out to be wrong then so be it

The thing about going into an agreement on the advice of the union is .......they aren't subject to the agreement whereas you are.

As i have said on another post,if we voted no,and in the next year or 2 bits of the business got bought up by other companies we could be well and truly shafted. A yes vote which if we ever had to get paid off in the next 5 years would guarantee us a semi decent package. A no vote and they could fob us off with what they like.

And you base your opinion on what exactly? Would the union be more or less effective with either vote? Are they just going to shoo in minimum wage, lots of people may vote YES because they are afraid of the unknown.................so take a small leap of faith and vote NO. Vote yes and see what you get.

Change every Yes to a No in your Post and No to a Yes and it changes nothing.

Everything you claim that will come from a No vote, can also happen with a Yes Vote.

I always vote on what's in the agreement, not on some nebulous fear of the unknown, or on one possible outcome from among the many that are possible.

Although I still have not made my mind up, using fear to try and get others to vote your way adds nothing to the debate, and probably will make any undecided voters go for a "No"
