absorbtion/summer lapsing

checked the 2010 and beyond and the 2007 agreement cant find it

where is it written down that

a, duties should be arranged 2 weeks in advance
b, that no lapsing can be done without the union agreement along with the iwt .

It was announced today that we would only absorb Mon/Tue

they management had to bring in a casual to cover the delivery

In contrast to the above just as our office is getting busy and absorption is getting left and cut offs are rising they have decided to give us MORE absorption by extending it to Saturday.
