Some reps covet information as if it is the source of their power.
A site like this that encourages the sharing of information is not to be trusted.

The fact they make it up as they go along and rarely stick to any agreement they don't like makes life much harder than it needs to be.
And "the devil's work"? :left:
Is your DO stuck in the 15th century where reps are burnt at the stake?

Well my office is wolves north east DO and to be honest none of the reps or area reps would back me up all they said was as long as bag doesnt weigh over 16kg then you can take them

A rep (or two) threatened you with suspension - do we really have reps that can go this low. If they did say it they are lying, vindictive arse licking vermin, because 1. They can't only Managers can. 2. It's completely against any Union value that I know of.

At the very least they could have researched it and shown you the proof of their assertions, not threaten you.

Sorry to say this but I hope either you got it wrong or that I have got the wrong end of the stick.

I think the manager was doing the threatening teebs although the fact that two reps allegedly stood there and let him pretty much leaves them deserving the title you gave them anyway.
I take it both reps are drivers. :whistle

Sounds like time for grievance against managers and perhaps even written record of complaint further up the union chain.

As I posted earlier they have a different agreement to the one posted on here.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

I can't post the PDF file but it says something like:

Shut the feck up and do what you are told.
Big Books don't go with drivers and Postman is Satan.
