He has explained previously why he sometimes post with CAPS LOCK. Its because he has problems with his eyesight, a strict interpretation of the rules would say that he is breaking the rules. However, as keithposty made the forum aware of this issue when the CAPS LOCK issue was first addressed, and has ever since done his best to abide by the rules, for us to demand strict adherence to those rules would be against the spirit of inclusion.zx135 wrote: also typing in capitals is rude and considered shouting and also covered inn the forum rules yet even after you have been asked not to do it you continue
you are actually bringing half the flack on yourself
As to calling someone a Manager, it was a minor infraction in my opinion and one which probably reflected the general and regrettable personal direction the thread was taking.
However, wearing my MODS head now - lets keep it civil - there is some good info from both sides so lets stop the personal stuff and hopefully both of you will see that despite you both getting hot under the collar, both of you wanted the same thing. For readers of your posts to be informed and educated - nothing wrong in that.

Actually TBT going to disagree with you there, yes in past he did say he had glaucoma as the reason why he was typing in capitals, but if you actually read posts made after that you will see he clearly alternates between lower case and upper case mid thread to shout, sorry thats not an issue with his eye sight when he does that if it was then he would be typing in upper case all the time and not just at the exact spot wants to empasives by shoutingTrueBlueTerrier wrote:He has explained previously why he sometimes post with CAPS LOCK.
