Same here Rocky, we have the same experience as you at work. In fact, you could say no leadership and no direction at all. In fact, any problems we got relating to our job and they just don't want to know! We know what we've got to do and get on with it. Today, we asked our gaffer if there would be a WTL session and his face went blood red as he shouted, "NO! I'm NOT having one, cos all you guys do is GIVE ME GRIEF in them!!!" Lately, he is far too busy on his mobile phone making arrangements & plans to do with his new business venture - he's had enough of Royal Fail and is settng up his own business!!!!!
