Where would the Trade Union movement be if everybody were apathetic ?

you mean so apathetic that I have the balls and commitment to work as per the unions often trooted out line?
you think I dont get hassle on a near daily basis?
however the reps continue to cut deals,show favouritism,take or not take brakes as it suits them etc etc
malign staff all you like. however Im on the shop floor dealing with the results of poor reps

me and my cdv parnter do it by the book and we are made to feel so bad by managment and other staff where do you go from there

yup,I have overheard and been accused to my face of "having it easy" from other posties
because I dont work over,I always take my breaks but have no problem with lapsing if the time is there
on occasions where I have been 'forced' to lapse,I simply send the mail back
ergo managers are less likely to try and 'force' that on me
whats worse is Im good at my job and quick with it
so no performace issues for the dims to latch on to
though they try
