There are parts of WCM that improve areas,but these are simple commonsense ideas,that if the manager had any idea would of implemented from the start anyway,without needing some little old bloke on the make to point out,to the tune of squillons of pounds.The rest of it is just smoke and mirrors,with a fair bit of bollox thrown in for good measure..........

How do you get to be a pillar?
Do you apply for the post or do you just have to stand still for a long time to get the appointment?
I want to be one.

Just ask whoever is in charge of the Pillar you're interested in (usually a Manager). They're named on the board for that Pillar.

Except in in Warrington its a CWU rep??? I mentioned this before to dingo but he had no real response because the union hasnt come up with a plan to deal with wcm yet.. 3 years nearly its been in rm

I find myself in complete agreement at this point in time. The whole situation has to be one of the biggest scams in recently history.
I didn't even have to mention that I no longer care much for assisting them with the World Class, I think it was quite obvious considering my reactions to the brief they gave us.
