Ah nice one, you see miracles do happen.Well done to everyone who helped to get rid of a BULLY, hopefully your office can move on and be a better place to work, good luck!

Don't want to be a party-pooper, but hope that it's not a case of 'better the devil you know'
We were relieved when we at last got rid of a lazy (but not bullying) manager only to get one who is even lazier AND a bully!
Sincerely hope that this isn't the case for you - we spend far too long at work to have to put up with this sort of crap
I'm absolutely positive the business could not produce anyone as bad again! We can all now get on with doing our jobs properly, and I can look forward to going in to work again! Lucky huh?
I know the Manager to whom ‘the old girl’ refers, and sadly this person was clearly not at all suitable for the job.
The worrying thing from my perspective is who was responsible for putting this person in position in the first place, and what recruitment criteria were used?
Oh no BFO, there's been no mention of not fit for the job, just that she has declined to continue to work at our office. Ere, perhaps she may fancy an office not too far away, more towards your area?...now that would be interesting
