I remember very clearly trying to do SDD revision (my 1st ever revision) using the managers budget. It got voted out by the membership

I don't think it will be quite that bad, but if you lose 20-25% against a backdrop like this agreement and little or no enthusiasm to join you quickly have a scenario where you would have to ask yourself what price representation - you would have an inner core of people not prepared to abide by what the rep had agreed for the CWU members. Won't happen............................................

They don't listen anyway.Until you have situations like this.Strangley enough,not much questions being asked around here. Just the normal "sold down the river" stuff,(as usual) but not much else.
Lot of appetite in getting involved though,which is a good thing.

However the overtime issues would give us the biggest problems as they would cut your throat for an hour in our place.Anything else they are not bothered about.Perhaps apathy as they know that most reps would get them the best deal in their office.
