axeman wrote:norbet ,,,,, quite sure h*atier is run by roya*ma*l as is the other postmans site  been busy checking them out and am pretty sure it's run from an office and uses managers in rotations even that creep amber is a manager trying to disguise himself as some sort of business wheeler dealer type, ars*hole as we know if you do not agree with the managers /admins /mods then post either removed or edited :cfo :lfo beware anybody who goes onto both those sites and yes boggie is a complete jerk

we all know that the aim of both those sites is to break the union , or put another way they are union busting sites
It makes sense that, the old three card trick ? in that trick there's the nice cop/nasty cop routine Spartacus( a royal mail "attempt" at Irony as Spartacus is usually a SWP name like "Dave Spart" in Private Eye), so that's RM's paranoia with the far left which goes back to 2003 and the "conspiracy" and threats to take the union to court over unofficial strikes as reported in The Guardian.

The nasty sneery smug cop is Deputy Adam a sherrif's name which speaks volumes about that moderator.Aparently he writes the articles in a different guise.

I've noticed how defensive and twitchy they get if you get too close to the bone which conclusions can be drawn from.

It's amazing how that Amber Leaf finds the time whilst being this busy Tory retail boss baiting all these leftie posties whilst impressing the non RM forum viewers.Aparently he's two postie brothers???!.

P****** C*** seems like "the good boys site" , they are being very defensive about Leighton, I got deleted for saying Big Al doesn't care, apparently I couldn't back it up as I've never met him ????

I think the idea is to dupe people onto sites as they feel they are not getting information from RM/CWU , I'm sure one's a senior mgr from Old St hence the silly comments about Lollipop ladies & the other is a RM negiotater on H*** **** .

As a customer, I have been viewing comments with interest.
Guys - your union is letting you all down big time and as the columnist says
'The dispute is seeing the fastest migration in business customers that Royal Mail has ever experienced and the longer the strike goes on, the worse the situation is becoming. Far from protecting job losses, postal workers are actually ensuring they happen.'
I totally agree with him and am transferring my business elsewhere – and you will be aware of many customers doing the same!

Your union is trying to stop essential changes to automation which will help stop the rot - to RM - of business going elsewhere; competitors already have such equipment. Strikes will most certainly NOT stop job losses, it will only increase the likelihood that they WILL happen. If the union was not playing it’s own games, and thus ignoring your best interests, they should be actively co-operating with RM to ensure all possible efficiencies; the country can see this – why can’t you and your ‘leaders’?
They appear not to have any sort of plan – everyone, especially customers, would be more impressed if you worked for no money on ‘strike’ days. It would actually show that you understand the issues and the implications on your own jobs of striking.

RM has 'lost' tens of thousands of managers in the last few years, all of whom left with good voluntary redundancy or early retirement packages - RM has never made anyone compulsorily redundant so job issues will only become an issue if the business is not turned around urgently; further strikes will help ensure that compulsory redundancies become inevitable.

It is unbelievable that the majority of union members cannot see this; there will always be a minority of trouble makers but they should be ignored in this situation.
You may not like the sound of this but it is the real world - it is high time you saw that and faced the reality!
You are only hurting yourselves and colleagues by striking.

Ummm - the machines aren't in yet and are not part of the strike they want to get rid of posties before the new machines start. When the machines do come in they will want more reductions in postal workers.
everyone, especially customers, would be more impressed if you worked for no money on ‘strike’ days. It would actually show that you understand the issues and the implications on your own jobs of striking.
I'm not sure you understand the object of a strike. You withdraw labour and suffer the consequences of doing that. We could hardly show that we are struggling to get the work done at current levels if we did it for free :d'oh!
so job issues will only become an issue if the business is not turned around urgently;
From £1,000,000 daily loss to £22,000,000 net profit last 1/2 year (well at least according to RM) in 4 years - that's an excellent turnaround.

I'm sorry - I've checked all my Observer books and I Spy books and even tried Googling on the net - but for the life of me I can't identify what type of ignorant misguided and uninformed twat you are - please help with some information as discovering a new species sounds like it might attract a lot of fame and moolah without needing to suppress the aspirations of a dedicated workforce to do it. Yours sincerely - Angry of Manchester.
