When I first went on Firms Delivery, around 2004, it was the 'in thing' for the reception desk to have a bowl of boiled sweets, or if you were REALLY lucky chocolate toffees :nana - used to keep me going no end :Very Happy

I gave my Postie a Tescos Wild and Whippy Bar the other day (Like the old Milky Way Bars). He went off down the round like a rocket after eating it - pity he forgot he was on a bike :chuckle

Step 1: - See a professional, like an osteopath or chiropractor, or even aromatherapy / sports / Thai massage ( specifically someone that will NOT, REPEAT NOT offer "extras" - that should stop DGP & DVB getting excited ).

Step 2: - Once aching legs and joints have been eased, go to B&Q and buy an angle grinder ( a big one ),

Step 3: - Amputate legs....no more legs, no more aching joints.

Step 4: - For any further aches and pains, repeat steps 1 & 3 only

Simples!

kIN EL !!!!!!!ARE YOU MY DOM ???????????

Wake, weetabix + raisins (no sugar), before delivery protein shake with oats, 2 bananas, on delivery a small tub of pasta. That should keep your energy, carb and protein level up.

Try eating plenty of pasta the night before, seems to help with energy reserves. I find the opposite, when I get in I get a right weary on and before you know it, I'm asleep in front of flog it!
As seeds and nuts seems to figure heavily can I count afternoon tiffin with my lovely as an energy booster too

I spent some time in India many moons ago and they taught me all about sweet porridge. I recommend banana porridge in the morning before work.
Two minutes in the microwave, one minute without the banana then add sliced banana and cook for one minute then stir in some sweet honey. Done.
It keeps you going for hours, it's real good stuff.
Keeps you regular too.
Then plenty of orange juice throughout the day, keeps a cold at bay.
Sandwiches and the usual to keep you going until finish time, pasta if you are really organised but the main thing is to eat before you get going.
No I'm not being paranoid, they really are out to get me.
