One bonus is based on your contracted hours. This will not be increased.
The second bonus is based on the hours you have worked and the remainder will be paid in January but it is capped at £100 so expect about £19 minus tax and NI.

No I can’t go onto the full time contract because I have difficulties with the indoor prep but I’ve been going in 2 and a half hours early everyday to go out with parcels and of course working over everyday because they like to put me on whatever round has piled up the most

I work more hours than most full timers all year round so it kinda seems a bit harsh that everyone else gets a bigger bonus than me

Don’t know why I’m surprised it seems to be the Royal Mail way, the more you work the more you get screwed over (especially with my overtime rate)

You got that right. Offer to do some extra parcels because you’re free one afternoon and they’ll hound you for more for days.
