About an hour ago I had a knock at the door, a guy in full RM uniform bringing me a tracked packet.

Never seen him before.

I resisted him the urge to sarcastically ask him how the strike was going and just sort of went "Yeah, thanks" and closed the door.

Hope it was worth it for him.

Happy to take the packet though instead of refusing it

got to shame these strike breakers plain and simple !

Why

Because they agree with intimidation and bullying in the work place.

Nice of you to characterise agency staff as Village Idiots

No wonder public support is in short supply when you insult workers trying to support their families.

The majority of agency staff i know are long term workers within Royal Mail and do the job just as good as a regular postal employee.

Put it this way then ,the real village idiots are the managers for going along with it . Unite have put out a statement denouncing these 20% bonuses for managers implementing these un-agreed changes and redundancies

Well all RM do these days is get people who will do anything for him thing is soon as a tribunal is called and the money the willy waving thompsons will disappear into the night and you on your own without a paddle up s**t creak. Seen it all before in this firm been there done that never again so think on even managers and their union know this so!

youve rather crapp+d on youre own argument talking about democracy,the union held a democratic vote which the majority voted to strike but because the outcome doesnt suit youre agenda youve spat youre dummy and are now choosing to dump on youre workmates,gonna be some lonely people when this blows over
