I will never work on the Sabbath.
Never have in the past.
Never will in the future.
Royal Mail will have to suck that one up.
Nobody can be discriminated against because of their religion.

Sp, im on the flight path for east mids. I promise you at the very least ive seen UPS and DHL branded planes vertual every other hour between 8pm and 4am
I think there's a huge DHL hub at East Midlands Airport.
Their aircraft come into Edinburgh Airport from there, DPD have a partner agreement with DHL which is why DPD have a huge hub pretty much at the end of the runway at Edinburgh.

... but SP knows best I guess.

That'll be stuff going into or leaving the UK. It does not mean that they use planes for shifting stuff within the UK

SP, he's just stated DHL move things from Edinburgh to Castle Donington, last I heard both are part of the UK.

Jesus SP give it up.
Everyone and their mother knows we're not the only company to move things around the country using internal flights.
It's not exactly a new thing.

We're the only company silly enough to do it with letters though.

I quite like to browse these royal mail chat threads for useful or interesting information but unfortunately this one seems to have lost the plot somewhere along the way.

Ill try and take a pic of the DHL plane when it comes over SP. In fact someone from my office has just left to go and work for them unloading cargo at East Mids i'll get on to him.

But that won't actually prove anything will it.
And it would be easy to photoshop a DHL logo on any picture of a plane. Concorde even.
(I say it would be easy but I wouldn't have a clue how to do it)

You're the one who keeps talking s**t. Still waiting for the proof that the other couriers use planes for transporting stuff within the UK

A lot of the the threads in the "Pay Talks 2022" part of the forum are taken off topic by SpacePhoenix, Usually it is SP's in-depth knowledge of working in a DO that causes arguments with people who actually work in a DO. Or it is how everything in a DO will have to change, but MC can't change anything because they don't have enough staff.

Simon Thompson knows eff all about working in a DO, but he still knows more than SP.
