Damn right Jah, it should be addressed, and not lauded.

And he takes a photo of the empty cargo compartment at the end -'look at me, aren't I good!'

7Year Phil
this was 4 different delivery routes tonight and didn't even have to go back twice to an address. That would waste valuable time in the dark! There's always a neighbour willing if you take the time
OPG
We had Scotty, he was like this. Used to go back 3/4/5 times to get the pkts delivered. He knew his customers like no one else could. Sometimes he'd even take a parcel to where they worked, so to keep his clear van "record"

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Grossly inefficient and delivering to where they worked - surely against 'procedure'? Didn't know 'his customers' that well
if he had to go back 5 times to the same address did he? Surely he must have know they were going to be out?
